• In ICSU, a separate correspondence to individuals is realized, by means of the connection of the WWW server with a database.
  
  
• For each page of ICSU, a category of users who can access to it is determined.

• The page "Private Room" is prepared for each user as her/his private interface to ICSU.
  
  
  • Each user can access to such pages as s/he is authentified to access, via her/his "Private Room".
  • The "Private Room" is generated on the fly, with corresponding to the content of the user login.
